Spinach Dunk


Fatty and Non-Fatty versions of yer fave dip



0.3 c. Vegan cream cheese
0.25 c. Vegan mayo
0.25 c. Plain vegan yogurt
3.c Cheddar Daiya
1 pkg Vegetable soup mix
1 c. Kale Chiffonaded
4 c. Spinach Chiffonaded
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Sriracha


Alternately:
0.5 c. Oil
1 pkg Soft tofu
1 pkg Vegetable soup mix
1 c. Kale Chiffonaded
4 c. Spinach Chiffonaded
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Sriracha

Mix every thing and heat it in and oven or whatever until the cheese in melty.
Serve warm with pumpernickel bread (bread bowl is best) and sliced veggies to dunk.

Notes:
So we made it this way because we have fancy faux dairy we bought on super sale.
The alternative is cheaper. You could also replace the vegan cream cheese,yogurt and mayo with half a pack of soft tofu & keep the cheese.

P.S.
Don't know what a Chiffonade is ? That's okay I still respect you. It means little ribbons in french. It's a chopping technique wherein you stack leaves, roll them up and slice thinly. Here's a link to demonstrate it -
