Friends, honestly - this is almost (but not quite) entirely dissimilar to parmesan cheese. It is however, equivalently delish sprinkled on pasta, popcorn, and the like.
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 tbsp Almond slivers
0.25 c. Nutritional yeast
0.5 tsp salt
1. Toast the almonds and sesame seeds on med/lo heat stirring constantly (don't add oil!)
2. Blender along with salt and nutritional yeast
Tada !
I have a sneaking suspicion this would work equally well substituting the almonds with sunflower seeds or cashews.
