2 tsp sesame oil
5 cm chunk of ginger minced
4 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp soya sauce
3ish Tbsp sriracha
3 Tbsp lime juice
4ish Tbsp peanut bubber
1 can coconut milk (full fat obvi.)
1 Tbsp sugar
Blender (or hand blender) then pour over your stir fry and cook.
If you don't have a blending device get one. Until then you could fry up the first 6 ingredients add the last 3 then in a pot simmer until saucy and pour over veggies or whatever.
Protip: you can substitute the sugar with sweet chili Thai sauce.
