Tofu Nugz

1/3 c chickpea flour
1/3 c Nutritional yeast
1 tsp Mustard
Salt to taste (1/2 tsp ish)
Oil
Fresh pepper to taste
1 tsp ish herbs/spices  of your choice
1 pkg firm tofu pressed (or patted dry)

 1. Mix everything (except tofu) in a bowl and slowly add water while mixing with a fork until its the consistency of pancake batter.
2. Rip the tofu into lil'nugs with your hands and coat in  batter*.
3. Add to a pan preheated to med with about 1 tbsp of oil, Fry flipping every 3 mins until its all crispy and delicious
4. Taste for seasoning, eat while hot w your fav sauce.
  
*(This is easiest if you use a container with a lid and shake it about)

Good herb mixes include: smoked paprika, lemon pepper, chill powder, Italian seasoning, oregano
