Stirfry sauce

It'll do !
0.25c Rice vinegar
0.25c Water
0.25c Sweet Chilli sauce
0.25c Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sambal (or sriracha)
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Minced garlic
1 tbsp Cornstarch
0.5 tsp Sesame oil

1 First stir together rice vinegar and corn-starch, then all the rest in little bowl.
2 Pour it on to you stir fry when your veggies and or tofu is almost cooked.

Alternate - use 0.5 c orange juice instead of water and 3 tbsp each (instead of 0.25c) of rice vinegar, soya and sweet chilli sauce.
