You must dance to this musical masterpiece as you make this marvelous 'salad'
6 c. Potato's cut into 3 cm chunks
6 cloves garlic
1/4 c. Grainy Dijon mustard
1/2 c white vinegar
1/2 c olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 Pinch tsp black salt
1/4 tsp fresh black pepper
1 c. fresh dill chopped
3 Stalks celery diced tiny
1. Boil the potatoes until tender (approx 10 min)
2. Add garlic, mustard,oil,vinegar, salt,black salt, black pepper in to a blender and blend until smooth
3. Add Potatoes, dill, celery, to a bowl and toss with blended dressing.
