1 pkg Thawed Shelled Edamame (approx 2 cups)
2 c Corn
1 pint Cherry Tomatoes quartered
2 Shallots diced
3 cloves Garlic minced
0.3 c diced Parsley or Cilantro
0.25 c Sriracha
3 tbsp Lime juice or Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper

1. Mix it all in a bowl !
*Sliced Radished and Red or Orange Peppers make a great addition to this.
