Great use for your homemade veggie stock, mellow flavours and lots of hydration makes it great for when your feeling under the weather.
If you are feeling to lousy to make stock it is still good with veggie bullion cubes
1 small Onion diced
4 Cloves Garlic diced
2 tsp minced Ginger
1 pkg Mushrooms sliced
1 can chickpeas
3/4 c diced Sweet potato (or carrot)
2 cups Greens chiffonaded (kale, collards or bok choy)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
pepper to taste
