Pseudo Sour Creme

Good for dolloping wherever dolloping is good. 


1 pkg Soft Tofu
0.25 c Vinegar (pref apple cider)
0.25 c Oil 
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
lil' pinch of salt

Put it in a blender !

* Great with fresh dill, good with dill seeds.
